Re: Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Anthony Joshua II - 7 December 2019
Watching the first fight first two rounds again, Ruiz comes very close, shots just missing by a fraction....If our man takes it past the middle rounds he should win this, because of that Ruiz bulk, clearly trained on tacos and pizza, but I really think there is a very good chance the Mexican could take him out early.
Before the extra weight issues takes hold, that iron chin and fast hands could blast out the vulnerable Brit inside 4....

Ruiz never looks like he hits hard. That's what's puzzling for me, either an equilibrium shit he couldn't recover from, Joshua's chin is garbage lyackovich found a fountain of chin when he was completely shot or Ruiz is suddenly a banger. Sorting it I'm going with option 1, but not with the house on the line.

Ruiz definitely looks a banger, the speed coupled with the relaxed way he slings shots with all his weight behind them - the rock chinned Parker said as much.

He doesn't look particularly fast to me either.MightyWarrior wrote: ↑07 Dec 2019, 11:40 Ruiz definitely looks a banger, the speed coupled with the relaxed way he slings shots with all his weight behind them - the rock chinned Parker said as much.

I hope I get my monies worth tonight as the water in this river is crystal clear. Ill be fuming if this is a chit fight.
Re: Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Anthony Joshua II - 7 December 2019
If i was Ruiz i'd target AJ's body hard early on. AJ keeps his ear muffs on when he see's punches coming so his best chance to land and hurt him to the head is when he tires, panics, and opens up
Re: Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Anthony Joshua II - 7 December 2019
I think im starting to sway back to AJ. Im thinking if its correct that Ruiz has gained weight (Carl Froch doesnt think he has, its a muse) he hasnt taken it seriously and will do a Buster Douglas.
Re: Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Anthony Joshua II - 7 December 2019
AJ within six, Ruiz's weight won't help his much feted combination punching.
It's more likely to make him quit when it gets one sided.
