I gotta go with Conn. Spinks is likely the stronger of the two in this matchup, but I feel like Conn is more skilled. He'd wanna box smartly against Leon, and not getting into a war with him because it's anybody's fight in the trenches, but Conn could outbox him at range if he remembered to stick to it.

I think Conn would win a UD having to survive some dicey moments, and losing his share of rounds along the way. Say 9 rounds to 6 or so.
