Lopez shows he’s the real deal, he looks rock solid too, with a shock absorber neck. Shrugged off Commeys early right hand and you could see the confidence flow through him after that... what a howitzer of a punch to finish it, and a left hook shook up Richard seconds before.

Obviously no one beats Loma, but that’s a mini super fight right there...

As a fighter I love Tank, he's a wrecking ball and looks elite level, but I think Teo is potentially same level - he’s got that something about him, and for me the extra weight gives him the edge over tank. What a fight that’s gonna be....

Tank toying around with Teo and then bullying him. Look at that work around 3:35. YA OMG I KNOW IT'S JUST SPARRING

Really enjoyed that. Watched it half expecting Commey to show him a bit of a lesson, certainly make life difficult but Lopez's timing was masterful from the start. Really hope it Loma next, that could be a great fight as no doubt Lomas starting to slip a bit.

fine performance by Lopez who came to blast Commey out and that's exactly what happened.

Counter punching Lopez trying to make the fight - he's not good at that. We saw that against the tall asian fighter. He's naturally a counter puncher and will excel against guys coming at him but tricksters like Loma and Tank represent a difficult task because I don't believe Lopez has the same talent going forward. His counter punching skills are on the elite level of the sport though and his power looks to be concussive. I remember watching him freeze Mason Menard in space with a right hand. Menard was out cold in a vertical position and then fell to the floor like a statue. The kind of knockout you'd expect from a big puncher.

Tank worked him at the end of the stanza, as big Ron would say.

"Gervonta "Tank" Davis, the stylish, short, 25 year old, stocky, Super-Featherweight from Baltimore, Maryland, USA, appeared to work out the exhilarating, big-punching, young, blue-chip-prospect, Teofirmo Lopez - who goes by the ring nom-de-guerre "El Brooklyn" towards the end of the stanza, with a masterful display of composed combinations, befuddling movement and dazzling hand-speed, that was a delight to watch for the boxing fans who have come from far and wide from across the USA - and indeed the wider world - just to watch these two pulsating pugilists train at trading punches by the far tunbuckle opposite the neutral corner, at the far end of this purpose-built gymnasium"

As big Ron would say.
