Now Charlo seems to won this verbal battle against T.H. But if Charlo is losing again vs Harrison then he is gonna look really bad.

Although I'm rooting for Harrison to win I think this time Charlo may win this rematch. He looks very motivated or rattled.

Surprised this one aint a PBC PPV. So much beef!!!!!!!
Re: Charlo: "who did you beat?".... Harrison: "I beat you" lol
I suspect Charlo will be more aggressive, and going for the KO this time around.
Tony was extremely lucky to have gotten it the 1st time. Was just kinda one of them Boxing matches where both guys were probing the whole time, and not a lot of action went down. I felt like it was one of those fights where basically nobody got the better of it, but I assumed the defending Champ who they were hyping to the moon would be given the benefit of the doubt on the scorecards, but surprisingly they gave it to Harrison.
I suspect winning a World Title that he didn't particularly deserve will be the highlight achievement of Harrison's career. I like Tony, but I've never seen nothing out of him to suggest he's suddenly gonna get better now.

Watched this on TV last weekend again, bad fight, terrible decision.
Re: Charlo: "who did you beat?".... Harrison: "I beat you" lol
I'd definitely be curious to know what excuse the judges who scored it for Harrison could give. Because basically it seemed like a battle of jabs and Charlo got the better of it. I don't recall too many particularly impressive power shots from either of 'em all fight long.Onetimeonly wrote: ↑17 Dec 2019, 15:21 Watched this on TV last weekend again, bad fight, terrible decision.

Charlo will ko him early. That was a bizzare decision and then his brothers fight had weird scorecards right after

Probably uncle Al wanted to teach Jermell some lesson.

I don't think so. GGG vs Canelo I was a bizzare decision.Jeff_lacy_ko wrote: ↑17 Dec 2019, 17:32 Charlo will ko him early. That was a bizzare decision and then his brothers fight had weird scorecards right after

I remember scoring that fight clearly to Harrison but its always surprising when the home PBC fighter doesn't get the nod

Byrds scorecard was criminal. I mean Bizarre in the sense the A side fighter was on the bad end of a close fight decision.apollo creed wrote: ↑18 Dec 2019, 04:32I don't think so. That means the judges were very correct with the decision.kbackup408 wrote: ↑18 Dec 2019, 11:43 I remember scoring that fight clearly to Harrison but its always surprising when the home PBC fighter doesn't get the nod

So basically it was bizzare bc the in-house fighter/champion didn't get the nod. That shows how really good was Harrison in that fight. All three judges gave the dec. to him.Jeff_lacy_ko wrote: ↑18 Dec 2019, 12:10Byrds scorecard was criminal. I mean Bizarre in the sense the A side fighter was on the bad end of a close fight decision.

Judges did what Al asked them to do. The question is why he wanted to punish Jermell.

Re: Charlo: "who did you beat?".... Harrison: "I beat you" lol
I had Charlo winning the first bout 116-112, but the judges somehow gave it to Harrison, with the official decision deemed highly-controversial by the vast majority of the media and fans alike.
I expect the rematch to play out in precisely the same manner, but the judges will get it right this time.
In fact, they may try to overcompensate for their previous mistake by automatically awarding Charlo any evenly-contested rounds.
So Charlo will gain a well-deserved victory over Harrison in their rematch, but the scorecards may seem unrealistically wide.

Re: Charlo: "who did you beat?".... Harrison: "I beat you" lol
I figure Charlo will knock him out this time, and will be far more aggressive this time around. Harrison has already been knocked out twice before, and Jermell while he's not the biggest puncher in the world isn't exactly feather fisted. Add in the bad blood from the controversial decision the 1st time, and I figure Jermell will be looking to impress this time.Enlightened-One wrote: ↑18 Dec 2019, 20:24 I had Charlo winning the first bout 116-112, but the judges somehow gave it to Harrison, with the official decision deemed highly-controversial by the vast majority of the media and fans alike.

Charlo got outboxed by Harrison big time. Y'all have to admit that Harrison raised his game pretty high. Charlo was hitting the air and get frustrated all night.
Btw for all those people that are saying Charlo won, you should look at Charlo's corner and see the desperation of his staff. That ain't a sign that your fighter is doing fine in the ring.
