If Ruiz is focused then I do think he got it. Otherwise Whyte has got a chance.

Nice that the top guys are mixing it up. 2020 is looking good. Also, the heavyweights of our generation really have been spoonfeed Ali, Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis and others.

And McCall is still around.... wtf

That would be an interesting matchup. I'd favor a motivated Ruiz. I like it. :TU:

Whyte wins, further squashing the Andy love. More people then realise he was in the right place at the right time and is not actually that good.

Perfect!
Agree, except I would give Ruiz the edge if both were ship shape.

Does he try enough to sweat? Though I imagine after he eats a burrito in between rounds things can get ugly. I doubt he fights for 2 or 3 years and when he does hell be well over 300.

Dillian Whyte mentioned two names he's likely to face next: Povetkin; or Ruiz Jr.

The fight will have to be announced pretty soon though, possibly early January, because both fighters will inevitably require a ten-week training camp.

10? from the look of them in their last fight (Ruiz and Whyte) it'll take four months!

Imagine the fumes he's blasting if you hit him in the body though. I bet he burps and has bad breath too . Lol now I'm just grossing myself out

I think the Ruiz talk is just that.
Ruiz is a pbc fighter with no legal ties to Hearn.
Unless the money is huge I can't see it happening

No question his breath smells, that's why Josh couldn't recover.

I‘d say Whyte, it’s a hard fight though.

both fighters were not in good shape in Saudi so I think a lot depends on the camp , could be a hell of scrap .

Ruiz said he started puttin on weight when he landed in Saudi. Probably had too many shawarma's lol

What's Dil's excuse? Unless it's a meaningful fight, he won't lose weight.

dont see how that can be true really ,quickly putting on a stone whilst training for a fight ..
his old man was disgusted and clearly the lack of restraint has been an issue for some time .
I really think he believed the same AJ would turn up and get knocked out just like so many of boxings experts predicted .

I sense whyte knows he was taking a huge risk not being in shape and will sort his head out .

What compounds would Whyte require to beat Ruiz?

it's a fair question but I guess you 'd better ask those who might have helped him in the past...

It will be Dillian's hardest battle yet, hoping Andy will wake up.
