They are, but those are the ones I would like to see before tonite's fight. I think Dubs is ready for a big step up.

That may be, but the thread doesn't say to map out Warren's plans.

Really? I swear people are just throwing out names because they've just seen them fight. These guys are nobodies. Boxing fans are amongst the biggest masochists. Why do you want to see these fights? Even Wach is almost pointless at this stage, but he gave Whyte trouble I suppose.

Jennings and Chisora are the only two decent names there.
Can’t say wallin isn’t a decent name and fighter gave the number 1 heavyweight a good fight.

He should fight some gatekeepers/near-top guys. Some decent names have already been listed. Helenius, Washington, Wach, Duhaupas, Martin, etc.

Washed up Ustinov who can’t take a shot now must be a shout as well.

Zhang in March; Hrgovic in June; and Joyce in October. Is probably what I'd aim for if I were his manager and trying to maximise his learning.

As a fan I'd like Ajagba in there as a fourth fight, but he's better than Lartey and so a risk.

I wouldn't mind the Joyce fight next. Fwank is probably teasing us at the moment, you know, to build it up.
I doubt it will be Joyce, even though I think DDD is ready.
After watching Ajagba last night, that also would be a good fan friendly fight.

Duhuapas would be nice next, should be out before March though imo...beginning of Feb against Duhuapas, then Joyce near the summer, followed by a proper contender in October time, Hunter would represent a different challenge from the others, probably a tougher one too. If he beats those three next year he’s on his way.

i think it will be a hyped up job vs JJ in April at the O2 so Warren will play safe and not bother with an interim fight which could go wrong such as an injury .
too many dollars at risk

Presumably Joyce will be fighting Huck in April now, so that's him out of the picture. These fringe heavies will be wanting top dollar to fight Dubois that's for sure. I don't think allegedly can get away with feeding him any more duds on the scale of the Japanese or Ghanians.

The balance is so fine with heavyweights. He clearly needs stiffer tests than his last two opponents have posed otherwise his development could be compromised but chucking him in with a legitimate top 15 operator is a senseless gamble with such a high value prospect.
I think most would agree that he needs to be pushed in the fights he has next year, either through rounds taken, styles he has limited experience of or punchers he respects. He also needs to continue to build his profile, both in the UK and now the US.
A low threat American on the Fury undercard would be beneficial, someone like Alexander Flores would be perfect if it could be made.
I’d like to see a selection of tough guys like Duhaupas and Wach, stylistic challenges such as Jennings and maybe Szpilka and a puncher like Price. Joyce would be as far a level as I would push him next year, and guys like Washington, Martin and Takam would all be good options at the back end of the year as well.
A selection of three or four of these guys and he’ll likely be a top ten heavy by the years end at 23 and with good experience behind him.

I think Wach is a good pick. I imagine his phone will be ringing in 2020, managers/promoters of rising prospects will want their man to flatten Wach to gain favourable comparison against Dillian, I'd pick DDD to stop Wach in two or three rounds, on the basis that Wach wouldn't be able to avoid the heavy artillery.

Would be interesting to see if someone could finally knock down Wach and put a dent in Mariusz's massive mentum The guys who stopped him were landing lots of clean shots and forced the ref in (well Pov just cut him) but couldn't put him on his big Polish bum

I think his chin is some sort of mutation from his drug cocktails, or maybe the result of some sort of clandestine government experiment. The Wlad fight in particular was just a totally unhealthy durability display
