What a huge pile of sh1t !

For God's sake get Dubois out again in February and not April like I heard John Rawling mention. They need to wipe out the memory of this joke quickly.

Whilst the thought of it really puts me off, Dubois defending the British title against Dave Allen would have been far more worthwhile than this cr@p.

The opponent better be good if he's not out until April

Agreed. Four months and then a tomato can would be silly.

No need to wait imo but I understand why they do.

He’d give any of the big three right now all they could handle. In 12-18 months he’ll beat them all I reckon. Humble, one shot and bullshitter.

Fujimoto fights like a beginner who had like 2.months of light sparring in his life.

A pointless mismatch. The second in the row for Dubios. He handled Gorman easily, he should have continued to step up. Hopefully he does it next.

I think he coasted in his K1 fame from years ago, but as soon as Haumono beat him he was as good as retired.

Dubois needs to fight a Stiverne/Wach type character . Someone tough with a bit of nous but gatekeeper level.

I think Dub is too far above Soko. Soko is obviously a good test but not at that level. Plus the record is just unsellable.

Time to start really pushing Dubois in 2020. He could go far, certainly mix it with the top 10 guys and maybe beat most of them.

Fury is Warren's big cash cow for now, so there's the real danger Frank will keep Dubois somewhat protected, keeping him busy but against poor opposition.

The flip side to that is Fury continues to get side tracked with his fame/WWE etc, and maybe losses his next big fight, i.e. the Wilder rematch, which could in turn push Warren to turn his full attention to Dubois and make him the next big thing.

I read a Dubois interview where he said he was really working on his jab and his jab was looking good in this fight. That said, it was a dreadful mismatch and actually dangerous quite frankly. I'm glad I ended up working instead of going.

He needs somebody tough.

I’m sure Frank is willing to put him in tougher fights than this, I’m guessing top 30 guys are asking silly money as there is so much dough about in the HW division now. I think Dave Allen wanted just over £100k and they didn’t want to pay that, so they ain’t getting big names over for less than that.
