He’d rather fight Pac or Spence.

Terence Crawford is more interested facing Spence Jr. and Pacquiao than he is sharing the ring with Danny Garcia.

Spence Jr. and Pacquiao are capable of cooking rather large pies, with Terence Crawford and Danny Garcia both eager to receive a slice from them!

Then lets count how many names Garcia will have at the end on his resumé when he is done.

Maybe, but even then he's got a lot of good wins
His only good clear wins are Khan and Matthysse. Peterson fight could have gone either way and the rest were fighters already proven to be B level or below before him.

He’s in no way a great fighter and lacks even one special win.

Thurman and Porter are nowhere near great and they beat him.

Almost part time, corporate fighter with talent but lacking the hunger.

Stupid for a fighter to be their own historian.

Like the saying goes, Good is the enemy of Great. He's definitely a top 5 fighter in the welterweight division at the moment in my opinion. If he beats Spence or Crawford, he will be a lock for HOF, Beating a 40 yr old Pac is a very good accomplishment, but not great. Him vs Brook right now would be much better than who he is fighting, even if it was at a catch weight.

He’s also a two-weight world champion that has contested nine world title bouts (three at 147lbs [WBC], with the remainder at 140lbs [WBA & WBC]).

Danny previously held The RING and lineal championships at 140lbs for three years (2012 to 2014/5).

Garcia is also currently ranked in sixth in the welterweight division by both The RING and ESPN.

Whilst hindsight is a great thing and it’s not unreasonable to criticise some of his most recent performances (he can't compete at his best at 147lbs), there’s no denying that Danny Garcia was previously perceived as being one of the very best fighters in the world by this forum up until the end of 2013.

So yes, I’d say that Danny Garcia has earned himself a place in the IBHOF, because he’s more accomplished than some of its existing inductees (i.e. Barry McGuigan, Arturo Gatti, Ingemar Johansson & Vitali Klitschko).
agree totaly ,. i think people get rose tinted glasses on hall of fame some times, and assume they should all be well a mayweather

Total robbery. Herrera clearly won.

Because of Angel, I could never really warm to Garcia, but after he beat Matthysse you had to give him credit. Not many people thought he'd win that. But then he looks like crap against Herrera and robs him in a fight he was clear favourite, fights Rod Salka in a dreadful mismatch and then kind of goes on a tour of faded names that look alright on paper, but in reality don't stand up to much scrutiny. Malinaggi had just been cabbaged by Porter in his previous fight, old Judah had already been stopped by Khan, Peterson already banged out by Matthysse, Guerrero who never won a significant fight after Berto...

Also he made that fake video with him confronting the guy in the barbers and Angel "knocking out" the guy at the end. Sort of embarrassing that they felt they needed to do that. If it was a goofy skit that was meant to be funny then OK, but they really thought that thing made them look tough.

At welter he lost to the good fighters (Porter and Thurman) and never fought a great one (Manny and Floyd). There's too many holes in that resume for me. But it's just an opinion.

It's just a media popularity contest. Vitali had zero credentials and he waltzed in.
