LOL! Should've mentioned it's an IBF eliminotor. not a final eliminator, whatever that means.

Interestingly, I’ve actually wanted to see this fight for some time. Neither are world champion caliber, however the match up seems intriguing.

It is a decent matchup. Talk is that the winner will face Kownacki in a final eliminator for IBF.

If that is true it might be the dumbest elliminator iv ever seen. Take two people that recdntly lost to someone, have them fight for the chance to have an elliminator with the guy they just lost two. If one of these two ever get into a mandatory position, id like to think whoever has the belt would drop it. there are too many worthy contenders to have these two, who are not at the levle, and have had title shots/titles to get another crack, unless they go on an ungodly run.

Does Hayman just run heavyweight boxing now?
I like the match up all the same, but Prince Charles isn't in the IBF top 15.
This smacks of how Breazeale got a title shot with the WBC...

I wonder if Top Rank will try to get Kabayel on the undercard.

They're ranked 9 and 11. I wonder why the IBF are calling it an eliminator :maybe:

Winner gets beat by any half decent heavyweight so atleast one of them can return back to being a journeyman. I'd favor Martin to pull it off.

It's an eliminater not final elimination.
It's going to push one up the ratings and one either down or out

Also Emmanuelle Navarette VS Jeo Santisima is the other Part of the 3 Fight PPV

What a crappy Undercard, 3 fights instead of 4, 2 mid level Heavyweights, and Navarette in a showcase fight.

Being a Boxing fan at times like this, kind of lousy, they can Show LSU VS Clemson for the NCAA Football Title, The Super Bowl, The World Series, NBA Finals all on free TV, But with Boxing when they have a PPV fight, they make sure the undercard is so bad, The Fans in the front row seats, often come to their seats during the fight before the main event, Why cant they have at least 5 fights and ALL Fights boxing fans want to see

Example
Deontay Wilder VS Tyson Fury
Jermell Charlo VS Julian Williams
Miguel Berchelt VS Oscar Valdez
Shakur Stevenson VS Michael Conlan
Yordenis Ugas VS Danny Garcia
Ja ron Ennis VS Vergil Ortiz

That is 6, but more important than the number EVERY ONE of these fights would be more interesting Than the Undercard they have, and the front rows will be filled for all of them as these are fights fans would want to see, Heck they could have the Lomachenko VS Teofimo Lopez on this card as well, I mean if they can show every other Sports Big Championship on FREE TV and Football, Basketball and Baseball are all far more popular than Boxing, Why can't they Make EVERY FIGHT that is on PPV (MEANING UNDERCARD) a fight people want to see? Not even bringing up the extra you have to pay for streaming for ESPN, DAZN etc. and the extra for Showtime, Are Boxing fans just richer than fans of other sports?

FFS imagine if he get an IBF mandatory. AJ vs Martin II would be so epic

Martin: "I walk the earth like a God"

Also Martin: not landing a single punch whilst being KOd in round 2

A good matchup. Two near-top operators. Martin will probably KO Washington. He needs to press forward to do that, not allow Washington to box. Helenius was too hesitant and blew his chances. Washington falls apart under pressure. Probably Martin will make the adjustments needed and stop Washington.

It's vacant until somebody bribes the IBF to fill the ranking with their fighter.

That's like a UFC card. Boxers are way overpaid for what they generate. It's a niche sport here forever. As for the fight. War Martin!
