Who has fought for the most titles in one division

So any trinket in the same division won by one fighter, for example I’ve got Joseph Parker at 14 with-
New Zealand national boxing Federation
Interim PABA
PABA
WBO
WBO Oriental
WBO Africa
WBO international
OPBB
WBC Euroaisa Pacific boxing council
WBC silver
WBA super
WBA Oceania

IBO

A great example of the stupidity in boxing today. When I was younger, one of the major goals were a national title. A European Championship was a great performance, and a world title almost impossible.
Now you can win a title for the longest beard, the most ugly tattoos or the most outrages shorts.
The boxing world is going mad.
