No more ITV Box Office

Post by tony1234 »

ITV have shut down their PPV channel, apart from Eubank Junior I'm not sure if this will affect anyone else with SKY and BT still having their PPV channels to milk fans

Didn't expect to see them back. I'm sure someone else will be along soon enough unless Eubank does a Haye and signs with Dave :yay:

Suspect Premier Sports will launch a PPV platform if they secure deals with Top Rank, PBC and Goldenboy. Seems if you want to broadcast boxing, wrestling or MMA these days you need to have a PPV platform behind it

Must point to piss poor PPV sales from Eubank Jr.

I found the production on there to be ok and was quite happy to have another platform to rival Sky and BT.

I'm not sure Chris Eubank Jr is to blame. It's more likely to be the 2 PBC and 3 / 4 AEW PPV's flopping that ended their appetite. Eubank hasn't fought on ITV Box Office in over a year. Sure I read the last Pacman PPV did 8000 buys.

No mate his fight against Thurman. They went PPV the same night as Whyte vs Rivas on SKY Box Office
