For a minute I thought I was in the twilight zone reading through this post. In what parallel universe does Golovkin hold two wins over Canelo? LMAO!!

In the universe where winning a round gives you 10 points.

If you count 2 canelo fights as wins you could just as easy count jacobs and derevyanchenko as 2 losses

You mean in the universe of butthurt whiners who can't accept results they don't like.

GGG deserved the win the first time but clearly deserved an L in the rematch

Win 1st time. No worse than draw 2nd time IMO.

Canelo certainly fought better, and when he got a draw the 1st time laying on the ropes just doing better is all he had to do.

Spot on first fight, ridiculous second fight. I'd love to hear the 6 RDS definitively won by GGG. Hell I'll rewatch it before I give you the lol emoticon. I'm guessing he had 2.

Let's not forget that Canelo was the much younger fighter and also he was full of mexican beef plus the judges on his side. He had all the big advantages.

The second fight was close and very few rounds could be scored definitively.

Had GGG winning the first and Canelo winning the rematch. If a third happens there's only one winner. GGG on the slide now unfortunately.

I had GGG winning the first one closely.
Canelo winning the second.
You are right if there's a third I dont give GGG much of a chance

LOL about rounds 10-12 definitively won by Canelo. 1-4 are also not that clear.

The entire fight was close.

I'm not sure what criteria you use to score a fight, but I use the same one judges in the Pro ranks do, the 10 pt. must scoring system.

According to the 10 pt. must you have to score Defense, Clean punching, Ring generalship, Effective aggression.

No where in the rule book does it say the fighter that landed more punches wins..

And really Golovkin only averaged 2.5 more punches than Canelo. And those punches were jabs. Canelo on the other hand landed the harder, cleaner, flashier punches, demonstrated better defense, connected at a higher rate, and fought his fight for at the very least half of the fight.
