If No Canelo or Charlo fights for Andrade next then I think Derevyanchenko is an available option. Andrade needs to fight a proper good mw! :box: :TU:

Jermall Charlo has yet to perform a mandatory defence of his WBC world middleweight title and only a week ago Sergey Derevyanchenko was elevated to the top of the WBC's rankings.

And we also know that Jermall Charlo and Sergey Derevyanchenko are both Al Haymon fighters, so I'd expect to see the pair face each other at some point during 2020.

In regards to the WBO world middleweight title, Sergey Derevyanchenko is only ranked in 9th place. And Demetrius Andrade has only just performed a mandatory defence.

So I wouldn't expect to see Sergey Derevyanchenko facing Demetrius Andrade anytime soon, especially considering the Ukraine has "technically" tasted defeat in two of his last three outings, with both defeats televised by DAZN (so they’re not going to want to pay big money for a “losing” fighter to headline a main event).

I’ve got a funny feeling that DAZN (via GBP & Matchroom) might orchestrate a bout between Andrade and Munguia, since they’re stablemates, with the Mexican being the highest-ranked WBO title challenger.

Well Munguia isn't a bad fight, and to be honest, for Andrade if Charlo won't take the fight, or he won't fight Golovkin, Munguia is the 3rd biggest fight to make.

Andrade just wants a multi-million fight against Canelo or faded Golovkin. A challenge like Jacobs, Charlo or Derevo with only a couple million purse doesn't interest him.

There you go Apollo, I don't think I've ever seen you propose a fight without promotional or network obstacles. You're right. :TU:

I doubt Charlo is gonna fight a high risk-low reward fighter like Derevyanchenko. I think Charlo is looking to fight Eubank Jr.

I don't think Derevyanchenko is so tied to that PBC platform since he fought GGG and Jacobs before.

Munguia is well kept for Canelo.

Andrade is with Hearn and I think Dev is with Lou, so the fight could be made without too much hassle, in theory.

I personally think Dev would have too much in the later rounds for Andrade and the title would be changing hands if they ever fought.

Yup. I think Andrade is just cruising through 'bums' hoping he's gonna get a big money fight due of his wbo belt.

Also Andrade could move up smw and fight BJS.

He could, though I wouldn't want to watch that. I went to bed during his ring walk. Yup, I watched the celebrity fight first. Lol

I think Derevyanchenko would be very delighted to get the chance to fight Andrade for that wbo strap. The problem is if Andrade wants it?!

This fight could be easy to make.
