As opposed to FW not even knowing Canelo’s email and leaving BJS to have one fight every 15-18 months at the Paisley Leisure centre?
Good to see you waving your pom poms for Eddie. One day he might send you a signed picture.

“That’s not a fight (Galahad) that excites me after the last time,” Warren said. “I wouldn’t want to watch that and I wouldn’t want to pay for it. I believe that will be his next fight.

“We did everything we said we would do for Josh. Everything I said I would deliver, I delivered for him and we had some great times together. I wish him well.”

if I were a boxer I would look more favourably at matchroom than warren .

They just have more going on all over vs warrens sparse offerings in primarily little venues .

and warrens a slimy toad for sure .
at least with hearn he doesnt hide the fact he is a billy bullshitter .
He's a slimy Billy bullshitter then , let's get it right .
So is every Boxing Promoter.

FW bankrupted fighters, didn’t pay or pay them on time.....was in process of liquidating allegedly....Hearn is a lot of things but at least the guys get paid.

FW has 2 shows (1 really Top Rank) on BT until 11th April - both PPV and nothing else.

Ya people are deluded if they think it's just Hearn rather than every promoter out for self-interest and dat cash money, I know a good few posters who only seem to think it's the Edster

To be fair he does seem like a bit of an attention slut, though maybe that helps with promotion

Hearn well he is what he is , A rich spoilt kid who's daddy bankrolled him into becoming a big time promoter ,,,, BUT ,,, on the otherside of the coin , he's an attention seeking wanker ,,, BUT ,,, a damm hard worker , the hrs he must put in to seek his fame and more fortune , he desrves the attention he recieves .

Who would i sign with Hearn or Mr Bankrupt ,, no doubt about it , if i had the talent and he wanted me it would be Hearn all the way ,,,, why he has sky backing him , he has daddy backing him , and he is a damm good promoter , he can deliver most of the time what he says he can , and above all , HE PAYS HIS BILLS .

nOW MR BANKRUPT WHAT CAN YOU SAY , NOT LONG AGO ANYONE WHO EVEN THOUGHT OF LEAVING HIM GOT A LETTER FROM A SOLICITER ,, NOW HE'S SAYING , i delivered what i said i would , the splits amicable , and i wish him the best ,, funny enough Hearn did elude to Galahad not getting paid in the hands of lawyers , and Warrington not getting the full amount . .

A bit out of character for Mr Bankrupt to let his fighters just leave , but then again if your not paying on time , full amount , or not at all it would explain an amicable split , or it could be he is a changed man , he might of seen God ore something and believes his mission in life is now to only be nice to boxers who don't care to finish there days with him and move on to his opposition , seeing the light is a noble thing

Saunders and Smith left with no rancour. Neither have bettered themselves btw. Same with Paul Butler who is virtually retired by the looks.

I learned some time ago to be more interested in the fights that are getting made rather than the promoter they are with.

The step up to Super Featherweight seems likely.

BT can’t be happy. How much is FW even getting from them?

How many shows a year was it we were told we’d get on BT sport?

Eddie wouldn't match Franks offer and wished him luck. Frank's done a good job with Warrington altho is struggling to get him a unification bout and us exposure. It seems like Josh is going where the best deal is each time and not signing too big a deal. Shrewd and no doubt good advice from Steve Wood. This is exactly why I thought Dubois signing for 5 years is absolutely crazy,
That headline stood out in a big way. 5 years!? Premiership footballers yes, boxers no.

Frank has probably seen Liam Smith and Billy Joe Saunders walk and thought ahead.

Who manages Dubois? He's insane to sign for that long.
Think His trainer Martin Bowers brother manages a few from the peacock gym, not sure if he manages Dubois tho. Dubois’s dad has a big day usually too. Really strange decision.

Hearn has an amazing way of changing his tune with very little notice. I mean it was only on Saturday that he was still saying that Galahad beat Warrington - now Warrington is the best Feather in the world again. Why doesn't journos' ever press him when it comes to these situations or are these questions out of bounds. So far on all of the Youtube outlets since this announcement I've not asked anyone ask Eddie who will win between Galahad and Warrington.... are such questions deemed out of bounds from the start?

It was the same with Frampton and Quigg.

But the really important thing is that the Warrington v Galahad rematch doesn't get made :TU: Once was more than enough !

Announcement I saw had “Matchroom USA” prominent in the text. So could be there’ll be a Stateside unification .

Fighters can change promoters and there shouldn’t be a big uproar about hypocrisy or disloyalty.

Remember Warrington was struggling and had appeared to reach a plateau. He won a bruising encounter with Amagasa and stalled regarding his shot at Selby. He clearly wasn’t ready or mature or quite peaking. He went to Warren, who got him easy fights and apparently the Selby fight - at the right time. And, adding Frampton’s scalp in the process.

So, good on him if he can do the one thing he hasn’t done, get a good American opportunity with the promoter who can deliver it.

He bid £1.5m last time to ensure Josh got a £1m payday at least.

He’s not gonna wanna promote that fight again and Barry is back in a mando position.

The issue for FW is his stable of fighters appears to be getting weaker each year....Fury/Frampton both effectively Top Rank fighters. Josh/BJS away to Matchroom.....he’ll be praying for Dubois on 11th April.

2 PPV and 1 York Hall show is all BT have to date.

You're out with Warrington's purse. It was mentioned at a couple of press conferences that Barry was getting the bigger purse. This was never denied.

It was an IBF purse bid, champion gets a much bigger share. How would Barry get more?

Unless Hearn further compensated him.

You can bid more it doesn’t mean that’s what the Champ is getting - you can bid higher to get home advantage but have private agreement you’ll pay him £400k for example. Galahad is guaranteed 25% but it’s been done before to get your fighter the advantage at purse bid especially if it was overseas bid you were against.

He really could lie about absolutely anything with a straight face. Wouldn’t trust him as far as I could throw him, although there are a few other promoters like that

:TU: Except it's 35% with the IBF.
