Rigo is an elite counterpuncher with a pop. He is definitely not without a chance against Inoue. But i would prefer Rigondeaux vs Greer jr. If he can beat that guy, give him Inoue. Are Rigo and Greer with the same promoter ?

I just don’t think it’s a mismatch between Rigondeaux and Inoue, like several forum posters believe it to be (based purely on the outcome of the Lomachenko bout).

For sure the Japanese fighter deserves to be favoured over the Cuban, but I think it may be competitive.

Rigo gets knocked out in a phone booth fight, if he allows that. Don't think his reflexes are what they were to keep Inoue fighting at his pace all night either. Tough fight for Guillermo at this point imo.

It could have been done in the past. Rigo knows tricks Naoya has not in his sleeve, but I do not think he can phisically hang in there.
