Fury tastes blood
Fury tastes blood
Anyone see that in the 6th ?
Fury was incredible he destroyed Deontay Wilder.

Re: Fury tastes blood
Fury outclassed Wilder then, Fury outclassed and battered Wilder now. Wilder was tired, injured, bloodied.

Re: Fury tastes blood
Did he really taste blood?
I saw that, but I thought he was sticking his tongue out at someone in the crowd, I didn't think he went full on Nosferatu.![[icon_e_surprised.gif] :oo](./images/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif)

Re: Fury tastes blood
I thought that was idiotic, but then again who's gonna blame the legit winner..
Re: Fury tastes blood
The gypsy also has some Dracula dna in him
Re: Fury tastes blood
It looked terrible. Who does that in a fight.
Re: Fury tastes blood
Unless I'm mistaken he was licking blood off his opponents body, just want to make sure of where we stand here ?
Re: Fury tastes blood
His tongue never actually touched the blood. Would've been cooler if it did.
The look he gives him at the end of the round is even better than the tongue thing. He had a really vicious expression on his face as that round ended. A look that said he wasn't gonna be satisifed with anything short of a knockout finish.

Fury is such a character and great for boxing, I’m wondering if he transcends boxing and became’s something like a Mayweather or Pac-Man. Definitely not at that level yet however he’s on the trajectory.
Yes I’m saying this before ppv numbers for his latest but it’s just a thought and a mild forecast. Lot of social media attention from his victory. People who have almost no interest in boxing coming out of the woodwork as fans.

Re: Fury tastes blood
Fury has put Manchester back on the map.
Re: Fury tastes blood
Wilder was 230 and still couldn't do it.
Re: Fury tastes blood
This could go down as knockout of the year.
Re: Fury tastes blood
I think he was just making faces at someone?
I didn't see any actual blood licking

Re: Fury tastes blood
No it couldn't. Knockouts of the year are spectacular "Holy sh*t, that guy ain't getting up" KO's. Not stoppages while the guy is on his feet.
It's gonna wind up being one of the biggest marquee wins of the year though almost certainly.
Re: Fury tastes blood
Yeah Fury licked Wilder's blood. He said he wanted to taste blood.
He did everything he said he wanted to do.
He should get a hep test though.

Re: Fury tastes blood
They showed it in slow motion. He didn't lick the blood. The tongue was floating a few inches above the shoulder.
I would imagine they surely test the fighters for diseases that could be transmitted through blood before any major fight where blood could potentially be spilled surely.
Re: Fury tastes blood
I know. Just joshin'. Speaking of Joshin' when are they gonna set up that fight ?gilgamesh wrote: ↑25 Feb 2020, 14:02They showed it in slow motion. He didn't lick the blood. The tongue was floating a few inches above the shoulder.

I am yet to see an 'official' stream of the fight, but when I watched I was sure that Fury didn't actually taste the blood, just stuck his tongue out near to Wilder's shoulder.

Re: Fury tastes blood
Wilder will be back and Fury will be tasting his own blood then.
Re: Fury tastes blood
Hell he might've tasted it this time. A few right hands did land...didn't cause him to lose though. He won't lose next time either I don't figure.kid macoco wrote: ↑27 Feb 2020, 11:29 Wilder will be back and Fury will be tasting his own blood then.
