When Fury was a joke. Just that guy that hit himself with an uppercut.
When Wilder's ring walk costume wasn't too heavy.
When Ruiz was the best boxer in the World. Those were interesting weeks.
When Lewis wasn't a legitimate champ if he didn't come out retirement and fight Vitali (who he already beat).
When Ali was a feather fisted boxer that could never beat Foreman (before he knocked him out).

I remember all except Ali/Foreman as i was just a dirty thought in my dads head back then :o I've watched the fight loads though...

Yeah I wasn't born yet, but looking back on it. Considering Ali's monumental struggles with Frazier and Norton, and Foreman's straight up destruction of 'em both, I think if the situation were to repeat itself in the modern era most of us would be going for the Foreman-esque destroyer type all over again.
