Hahaha, last year I carried my five year old son on my shoulders throughout about three hours during the London New Years Day Parade and I felt no ill effects and I’m certainly not 6’7” and 230 lbs. In fact I went for a 10k run when we got home. I’m not divulging anything about relations with my wife after though...

A marathon is pretty impressive, but did I mention that the shower floor was super soapy?
