The problem is Wilder has nothing to hold on to this time. There was no competition here he lost clearly and that will probably influence his performance big time. Also I highly doubt he will learn anything significant in these 3 months when he barely improved in his entire carreer. He is basically this eras post prime Tyson. There's a thread on a particularly moronic boxing forum that I don't often frequent about how Wilder had Tyson kicked out of a club once. Don't know if it's true. Anyway, the Black Nationalist lot are in full meltdown on there. They can't get their head around English people and English fighters supporting each other despite the fact they're different colours.

I mean, everyone hates England (regardless of the colour of the players) when they play football or Rugby, that's expected. But when it comes to boxing, even Scottish people suddenly like us again.

Got Mike Tyson kicked out of a club? I doubt that very much Mike Tyson is a Celeb wherever he goes Wilder is only a Celeb in his home town. Tyson Fury is right when he says he introduced Wilder to big time boxing because before the first fight hardly anyone outside of boxing knew Wilder lol.

IMO Wilder is done. He is 34 years old at the moment and there are still guys that deserves a title fight like Whyte, Uzyk. He would have to beat some of these other guys to even be worth talking about. Therefore I don't think a Fury vs. Wilder 3 should happen. But it might happen anyway so we'll see.

It'll be interesting. DW has always been cringeworthy anyway. He knocked out a mascot because he didn't think there was a person inside of it; he uttered the immortal words "I'm part human and part hybrid." He beat up Charlie Zelenoff. He strangled a hooker. He's repeatedly talked about how he wants to kill somebody in the ring. He whispers and talks as if what he says has great gravity but it's confused waffle. He's not a good talker nor is he a smart bloke.

Maybe just let him talk? Let him spout off. Nobody can make Deontay Wilder sound more stupid than the man himself. Everything he says now will be ridiculed.

That doesn't mean he isn't dangerous. I'd be wary of treating him like he can't win. He doesn't have anything to lose. He was trying to get behind his jab a little to start with in part 2 and was being "patient." Maybe he figures he has to come out full spaz playground windmill from the off? The first two fights have been weird, unusual affairs. I don't see how the third will break from that. Something strange will go down. I'm quite looking forward to it, really.

I see it as like PAC v Morales 3. Short, exciting. The loser will get a few really good shots in, gamble, get overwhelmed by someone who already swept him away.

Not the fight we all want but could be good to see Tyson continue to develop his size and strength, how he uses it on an opponent. Tyson was a little critical of his last performance. I get the impression maybe they were working on his punch repertoire a little bit. Maybe we’ll see more quality single shots, with more weight behind them. I did see him throw a counter right uppercut after making Wilder miss, at one point and that looked a useful punch.

Fury rocked Wilder in the first fight, there were glimpses he could do what he did in the rematch but he wasn't nearly aggressive enough. Plenty of people noticed this I think and it's what Roach had wanted, but I don't think we expected Tyson to genuinely go for that when he'd mostly become a fiddle artist over the last several years

Parts of Fury v Wilder 2 reminded me of the last round of Froch v Taylor. One guy just raining down in another. (Was Froch v Taylor the last time a Brit scored a KO in America, by the way?)

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Wilder become a disturbed and incomprehensible figure like Taylor has become, especially if he loses in humiliating fashion.
