The Pole was fat, put a potential multi million world title shot down the toilet.
Re: Adam Kownacki vs. Robert Helenius - 7 March 2020
And Helenius can crack.

A face-first defence can only get you so far...

Duhaupas showed a sick chin vs Wilder, took 11 rounds of a pummeling yet never went down

This is gonna sound a bit ‘ Gary Cornishn boxed AJs head off for 30 seconds’ but I swear I recall Helenius catching and stunning Whyte in the first round of their fight.

Helenius clearly stung Whyte a good few times early, but had offered nothing after the first round or two

Yep, I remember it. That actually changed my opinion of Whyte. I thought if Helenius could make Dil's eyes roll back in his head ( which was literally what happened) then his chances when he eventually faces Wilder are slim to none. Then you get a tough cookie like Duhaupas saying Helenius hits harder than Wildermargaret thatcher wrote: ↑10 Mar 2020, 18:05 Helenius clearly stung Whyte a good few times early, but had offered nothing after the first round or two
Obviously he would know.
Which leads me to believe my.wife has been right all these years.
I know nothing

To be fair to Helenius he only had one week notice for the Whyte fight. He took it because he needed the money.KiwiRider wrote: ↑10 Mar 2020, 18:18Yep, I remember it. Helenius is a huge puncher for sure, a one of the biggest today.
And talking about his matchup against Whyte, it went all wrong for him. He took it on a short notice, he was injured. Yeah, all those are excuses, but I picked Helenius to win then and I would pick prime Helenius over Whyte even now.
