Parker took clean shots from Whyte and ate them. I know Whyte is no George Foreman but those punches looked pretty strong to just take them on the chin like nothing.

I'd say Ruiz and Parker. Wilder has excellent recuperative powers I'm not sure if that equates to a good chin.

How Ruiz got up from that beautiful one two from Joshua I'll never know, much less how he came straight back at him. That was AJ's sunday punch and although Ruiz was stunned and floored, his recovery was just amazing. Parker's chin seems very sound but it hasn't been tested like that!

Top level probably Fury, but overall Sherman Williams can take some serious shots.

Not only that, very seldom do these anvil like guys even get wobbled by shots from somebody. I mean over the course of a career you're bound to get knocked off balance or something somewhere along the way, but these guys seldom even stumble or get hurt in a noticeable way a lot of the time.

Very rare those guys. Often it's the guys that their toughness is what keeps 'em in the game because their skills are average.

Hagler and McCallum obviously being an exception to that.

Lamotta, Chuvalo, McCall though. Their toughness was definitely their best asset in the ring.
Noone mentioned (considering boxers who are no more active) Vitali Klitschko. He is the best example of the top level HW with an excellent chin.
He rarely faced anyone that would test his chin, but granted when he did. It held up fine.

Vitali had a great chin. His only 2 stoppage losses were on cuts to Lennox & shoulder injury to Byrd!!

I don't think anybody mentioned Chris Arreola. He doesn't have a great skillset and he's hardly the most ferocious of punchers, but he's built a respectable career on his toughness and durability. He's getting rather shop-worn now and those attributes are in decline, but give the man his due his chin was pretty damn impressive.

Duhaupas has good chin too. (not a top level fighter tho)

Helenius was unloading on him in their fight before he got gassed. Wilder did not manage to even knock him down. Miller has stopped everyone else if the fight was over 6 rounds. The shots that put him down against Povetkin would have done the trick to pretty much everyone and he took the fight on one day notice.

Out of the old guys Vitali deserves a honorable mention. He took some crazy shots from Lennox, Peters and Sanders.

Yes it might be unfair but it's that Povetkin result that colours my opinion of Duhaupas's chin. I know he was a late replacement but I was surprised how quickly Pov got him out of there.

There again Wilder couldn't put him down and there aren't too many can claim that.

I was watching TFury vs Wallin earlier this evening and I was really impressed how Wallin took everything Fury threw at him. I know Fury isn't exactly George Foreman but he's a huge unit and he was loading up on his shots toward the end and Otto ate quite a number of them without choking.

I'd like to see Wallin fight Hammer or Kuzmin or maybe Rivas. He isn't among the elite but he can be in some good fights, hmmn Kownacki is another that would be a fun fight.

Without much evidence and I’d say Joe Joyce has a decent chin, if not, very good chin.

Thinking about the upcoming fight, I feel the only way Joyce can win is if DDD punches himself out on that big, thick, cranium.
