PPV favourite

Post by rhino222 »

The following are all PPV within a short period of time. They are all going to be PPV regardless of whether we like it or not. Personally I dont think any of them are PPV status fights. AJ is obviously a massive draw but Hearn will need to stack the undercard to make us think its a decent PPV cash investment.

So the question is......forget the PPV status......which of the following...in order of priority, most appealing first, is the fight you most look forward to seeing.

1. Joyce v Dubois 50/50
2. Usyk v Chisora 65/35
3. Whyte v Povetkin 70/30
4. AJ v Pulev 90/10

These are already in my chosen order of priority. This goes to show that the more 50/50 the fight, the more appealing it is. Ive also put what i think are my 'chances of winning percentages' after each fight. 4-5 years ago Whyte v Povetkin may well have been a 50/50 fight.

I’d have the Joshua fight above the Whyte fight, but agree with the rest.

The Whyte-Povetkin card is looking decent so far.

But yeh, AJ alone is always going to be ppv before anyone.

Joyce/dubois by a mile. Usyk/chisora after that, then whyte/povetkin. I'm not interested in Josh/pulev.

Same here.
Joyce Doobie is the future (possibly)
Usyk Del Boy is the proper entry for Usyk and maybe a shakeup for the division (if Usyk is dominant)
Whyte Povitkin is a never will be Vs a has been.
As for AJ, well it is a mandatory, but not one I care too much about and would be happy to see it in the following days.
None of the above am I paying for, nor illegally streaming. None are PPV in my book.

Do you think that after the Ruiz fights, there’s always going to be a chance that if Joshua gets hit flush, he’ll go regardless of who he’s fighting? I think it’s a more interesting fight than when it was scheduled for Cardiff.
