15 Rounds Light Heavyweight Bout
Qawi would batter Lalonde and TKO him in 12 rounds. What do you guys think?

Qawi, brutally inside 6 rounds. A bit like the Rossman fight

Lalonde was better than he is given credit for. However, Qawi would be too much. Would probably stop him in the mid-rounds.

This would have been one of the greatest MISMATCHES in the history of boxing just thinking about it. Donny Lalonde is about 4 levels, or maybe 5 below Dwight Muhammad Qawi (aka Dwight Braxton).

Lalonde lost to Leonard, therefore he automatically must be terrible, unless he has a crybaby excuse.
Re: Light Heavyweights: Dwight Muhammad Qawi vs Donny Lalonde
Lalonde wasn't my favorite fighter but the SRL fight was bogus and made me look at him differently. How can you the challenger, demand the Lightheavyweight Champion, drop down to 168 limit ,then win 2 titles when you beat the Champ who was fighting below his natural weight? SRL won 168 lb title AND Lightheavyweight title in that bogus fight.
Of course i think Braxton would beat Lalonde but I don't count that loss to Leonard as a reason why.Maybe at 175, Leonard would have won ,maybe not, but if he did I think it would have been by decision.
