That was my conspiracy theory for the split, that Peter had them on the gear and Tyson blames him for the huge loss of face the positive test caused the family, but I've been told by people on here that isn't the case.

When AJ fought Klitschko he had acne in the press conferences. They're all on it. I just think, you look at the old videos of Peter's set up and it really was so amateurish (the circuit training video where they were all doing the exercises with terrible form, literally none of them were using any of the equipment they had properly) I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have the proper masking agents to stop them getting caught either. I'm sure there was a night where both cousins fought on the same bill at quite a low level and even Tyson had noticeable back acne. Peter's a genuine villain so, you know, he's not really trustworthy is he? I think the same about Dubois' trainers. They're proper villains and were embroiled in all that land-grab stuff prior to the Olympics that Davey Hunt was also involved in. I'm not making any accusations, I'm just saying these aren't salt of the earth walk your mum home with her shopping types.

It hasn't really hit Boxrec but I've noticed all this Glovegate shit being spread everywhere by crying desperate racist Wilder fans (the bloke who seems to have started all of that also has videos about how Chinese people were genetically engineered from monkeys, just for context) and they'll absolutely love this.

I watched Eyes Wide Shut last night and was struck by how everybody at the Illuminati sex party was dressed like Deontay Wilder on one of his ring walks, and how he's been pictured with the all seeing eye and pyramid on his jackets etc. I'm going to spread a conspiracy theory about that. That's actually more evidence than a "floppy glove" that Fury had in the first fight which according to all these cretins he lost anyway.

Yes, you can. Perjury is a criminal offence and the legal system in this country doesn't recognise a statute of limitations for crimes. Whether anyone can actually be arsed to go through with the time, money and hassle involved in investigating these allegations and taking legal action is another question entirely.

My understanding (which may well be wrong - I don't work for UKAD nor have I ever been involved in their proceedings) is that's it's more of a costs issue. If they take Hearn on without powerful evidence, they run the risk of losing in court and having to pay all two very expensive sets of legal costs, which in turn has to come out of their funding. Funding amounts to about 6 - 7 million pounds a year for ALL sports: see https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... t_2018.pdf at p.17 for the 2017/18 figures.

Given that UKAD's entire annual funding for all sports is dwarfed by the revenue generated by one decent-sized PPV fight, that creates a strong disincentive to act against powerful interests without cast-iron evidence. Evidence of that strength is often lacking.

Leave it out with this bollox

You don’t have to be a Pulitzer Prize winner to come up with a whole bunch of stuff about Tyson and the wider Fury family

In fact, I am surprised that somebody hasn’t already

People have selective memories, the guy made a pudendum of things after beating Klitschko but his fans cant help but blame everyone else, fair enough the IBF were snide for mandating Glazkov straight away but surely Team Fury knew that going in against Wlad, Fury was mandatory for the WBO he should never have paid the IBF fees going into the fight, it was inevitable really, as for the other belts he got stripped because of his own self

Its nigh on impossible to watch boxing these days without some boxer who's pissed hot appearing somewhere, we just have to get on with it really, the orgs dont really take it seriously unless it's a lesser known fighter and recreational

As for Fury as much as I like him as a boxer and he's probably a good egg deep down but I'm sorry i cant sympathise with a PED cheat, maybe if more were dragged over the coals it would give them second thoughts about cheating
People are definitely very selective for the most part about PED users.....I've seen so many cases where someone will trash 1 guy for using but then fanboi for another user and not say a word about their failed tests. Another forum I read the guys there go after Whyte and Povetkin constantly for it but jizz themselves to Ortiz

Very few people are strict on it and apply their PED view to every fighter caught

TBH , some part of me kinda does want to see it where all PEDs are allowed and guys can freely take it to the max....

Yes, it could be argued that boxing has all the testing agencies in their pocket now especially after the Canelo embarrassment and the more recent Whyte case.

I think it's pretty clear why Fury avoided the Klitschko rematch, especially once Wladimir insisted upon strict testing after learning of Fury's 'antics' before the first fight. Clever escape by that Tyson Fury, and great acting to boot.

Let's not expect any of the top (connected) guys to get caught any time soon. Nope, it's far more likely going to be those poor saps who won't play ball with the big boys.

It wasn't the boars that were castrated, it was the testing agencies.

Yes, it is pretty clear to me - he had a mental breakdown and completely ballooned in weight. Watch the press conference that announced the rematch when Fury exposed his giant gut. He is dead behind the eyes and clearly mentally unwell and detached.

I personally don’t think the lack of rematch had anything to do with PEDs. But then again, unless we actually have first hand knowledge of what went on, we are really just making uninformed guesses.

Edit: BBC website reporting that UKad are refusing to comment and are now investigating this new allegation.

The majority of the lads at the gym I train at are on gear of some kind and I've never seen anybody look as rough as Hughie. Regardless of if he failed a test or not he has something wrong with him.

If UKAD accepted this farmer's testimony as exclusive mitigation and he's withdrawn it...

But it's not really about UKAD — it's about our tolerance as fans for widespread usage. We're not in denial like tennis, cycling and athletics fans, where ludicrous PR throws off the gullible. My only complaint with PEDs is advantageously timed cycles, often on champions' terms in boxing. Mayweather was a master, and now Canelo.

Just write up a list of approved PEDs at this point. Should Fury hold up his hands along with everyone else? Yeah sure, but no-one's in a position to because of the anti-doping orgs. Ask us fans if we still wanna watch PED-users fight... well, the answer's almost unequivocal.

A lot of boxing fans genuinely think there is little to no doping in the sport. Huge levels of idiocy among boxing fans unfortunately.
