Golovkin Derevyenchenko

Post by BoxFrancis »

New to the forum. Disappointing decision Golovkins been a fantastic champion and my favourite fighter of this era great for the sport but he didn’t win. I had it 8-4 clearly for dervyenchenko and that was being kind to triple g. Outworked in every single round Derevy fought a great fight. How did everyone have it ?

I had GGG losing to DJ and Canelo but winning this. People love to say everything is a poor decision don't they.

I had GGG winning the DJ fight, the difference was the KD. I had the first Canelo fight a draw and GGG losing the second fight in a close but clear cut loss. I think GGG did just enough to edge out Derev, it was a close fight though and can see how some might have had Derev winning, but again I feel the difference was the kd.

I had Golovkin losing to Bouadla and Gardner  Jacobs did slightly worse than those two, but talked in the ring much more.

I don’t understand how you can have Golovkin winning you must of been swayed by biased Dazn commentary Golovkin did not win that fight

I had First Canelo fight a draw, GGG winning the last four rounds in the rematch to draw and retain his titles and had him beating Jacobs convincingly 8-4 just shows how subjective scoring really is

I'm sure you've watched it with every commentary available, right

I don't even watch fights with sound most of the time, commentary usually is ass to listen hear

Won 4 rounds max and gets gifted a win not a good look. Washed up shame he’s gunna go out getting stopped by Canelo for a check.

Agree, Canelo stops him or at the very least beats him up. Won the Derev fight legit though, I guess that stings you when you're still making threads on it

Doesn’t sting me Derevy deserved to be recognised as the man who beat Golovkin legit because there’s no way you can score it for Golovkin unless your obsessed with him landing a few jabs or your on the Golovkin Canelo 3 payroll. He wasn’t even throwing punches never mind winning the fight

Close, hard fight for sure. Could've gone to Sergey but it went the other way and was a fair decision. It's worth getting over bruh because it's not gonna change from being a W on GGG's record

I don't pay too much attention to commentary, normally have the sound low enough I don't really pay attention to it. It was a close fight, I'm not saying you're wrong feeling Derev won the fight. I saw things differently I suppose, no need to question my integrity of scoring from my couch.

Golovkin beat Jacobs and Canelo-the first fight. Against Derevyenchenko , Golovkin looked old and hurt but if the judges gave the UD victory to Golovkin then we can't do nothing about that. Imo it was a very close fight.

I love GGG, but that was so rough for Derevyanchenko to have to take an L for that performance.

What's bizarre is saying that Klitschko was the most devastating puncher ever..
