Larry Holmes's rant and his opinion on Prime Mike Tyson

Interesting interview, I love how he still hates Ali and Tyson.

Another thing is that he claims Mike Tyson couldn't be successful on their own era,

''Ali would slap Mike Tyson all day long with his jab''
''Ken Norton is too strong for Mike Tyson.''
''George Foreman would KO Mike Tyson in 2 seconds''.

Tyson would knock Ken Norton out in 2 or 3 rounds. I agree with the other predictions though

He also criticized people for overrating Mike Tyson too much and not giving credit to himself because he says he has more title defenses (20) than Tyson (9). While I usually would agree with Holmes, but Tyson and Ali defended their 'undisputed' championships, Holmes was never the undisputed champ on paper, even though he was considered one in his own era. He held the WBC title, not WBA, Tyson defended his undisputed championship for 6 times.

Holmes had the chance to unify all the belts twice, against Tyson and then Holyfield, but he failed twice.

Holmes was ancient by the time he fought Tyson and Holyfield, not the same fighter at all when he was champ. In his peak he beats them both

He isn't wrong, though Mike could catch Norton. The other 3 smoke him.
