Nah, I've seen his other videos he made before he was champion and he was just as much of bullying dinlo then if not more so. The one where he strips the bloke at the roadside that seems to have disappeared from the internet might be his worst. There's one where some normal bloke who happens to have a Batman T-shirt on puts up with a good 5 minutes of Billy asking him if he thinks he really could be Batman when he grows up and asking him about how old he is (the 'joke' being that the guy somehow thinks he's Batman because of the T-shirt, which nobody else would think at all, so the 'wind up' doesn't even make sense) is cringeworthy and weird also.

It really is just him.

Slang evolves. No reason to suggest that kids at your school didn't call each other Dimlos, especially as that makes more sense. We had gypsy kids so we got the 'correct' pronunciation. No need for any sort of pisstake let alone an annihilation, man
