How to insert photo's

Hi i am wanting to put up a photo in the hope that someone might be able to identify my fathers trainer? When i click on the insert image it does not give me the options to find the picture i am even having trouble cutting and pasting the pic. Any ideas how to do this i would appreciate any help. I think you need to upload your photo onto tinypic.com then copy and paste the image code on here.

I tend to use postimage

1. click on link to web page

2. click on 'choose image'

3. Once image has uploaded copy the url in the Hotlinks for Forum box

4. Paste the url on here.

5. Pic should now be uploaded.
