Andy Ruiz Jr. Set to Join Reynoso Alongside Canelo and Ryan Garcia?

Post by Enlightened-One »

This move appears to be an inevitability, since both sides have recently told the media they'd like to work with each other.

Andy Ruiz Jr. outlined plans to join Reynoso and his father Chepo.

“We’re talking to the Reynoso team and I think it’d be good for me. Right now, there is no contract signed but I’d like to go with Team Canelo”, confirmed Ruiz.

“I’d love to work with such a charismatic Mexican fighter like Ruiz,” Eddie Reynoso said. “It would be a proud moment as a trainer.

“He needs to work on discipline. Once you get to the World Championship level, you can’t lack discipline.”

Seems a good fit too, style-wise and also in terms of training discipline.

Thoughts? :-?

I agree, seems like a good fit, but it takes two to tango. Fat boy will need to put in the time and listen. He has a chance, or should I say, a choice, at redemption.

Maybe switching his diet from snickers bars to Mexican beef will be beneficial.

I hope he takes things more seriously in the future.

Hes finally made it to near the top and could have good career there if he just gets the training side in order.

With hes style he could give us fans some really good fights to watch.

Ruiz vs Whyte, Chisora or Kownacki would all be good as long as they lasted :box:
