Who is holding it against you? Do what you want - but there is a reason why St Georges Day isn't as popular as St Patricks Day in Ireland.

I don't think most English people will care - even the ones who are C of E. :TU:

Saying that - before the reformation - St Georges Day was a massive day in the English calendar.

I think he was a Greek who went to work for the Romans. The dragon thing was supposed to happen in Africa. I think George is the saint of many countries! He wouldn't have voted for Brexit!
