Hearn & Bellew: Talk The Talk

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

Welcome to Matchroom Boxing's brand new show with Eddie Hearn and Tony Bellew - Talk The Talk.

In the first episode, Ant Middleton joins to discuss Bellew's SAS Who Dares Wins involvement and there's also time for a trip down memory lane with Derek Chisora and chat about an opponent he and The Bomber will share in common when his much anticipated matchup with Oleksandr Usyk is rescheduled plus much more!

He's asking Hearn to get him Ruiz, but then says he doesn't want to return.

It's decent watch actually, Chisora is one scary bastard, even when he looks like he's having a laugh he looks sinister, he's seriously paranoid Eddie actually paid his 50K fine for when he threw the table at the Whyte presser but you just know Chisora resents Eddie because he feels he's been used a B side on his shows, he should be thankful for the opportunities, he must be a nightmare to deal with

I've got a bit of a soft spot for Del Boy these days but he's done a lot of bad shit over the years in boxing and I dont forget the carry on when he battered that lass years ago and done loads of horrible poo to her

When you see it in slow motion you really see how much Usyk twisted his head round with the punch. Clean on the chin.

Episode 2

Eddie Hearn and Tony Bellew are back for the second episode of #TalkTheTalk - This week the chat switches to Boxing and MMA plus Bellew's SAS Who Dares Wins participation! The duo are joined by former UFC World Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping and ESPN's Ariel Helwani. There's plenty of chat including Bellew's rumoured fight with #Bisping back in 2017, Dillian Whyte's discussed crossover etc..

I have absolutely zero interest in MMA, is this latest episode all about that?

He’s supposed to be a very dangerous guy out the ring.

I don’t know it was an active pro boxer said to me about him being a very dangerous guy in his area. Much more so than Dillian Whyte was the theme of his chat.

I've heard similar talk about him, Tommy, from people who should know. He's definitely a weird guy. Regardless, he's one of my favourite fighters for a number of different reasons, and he's managed to channel that into boxing where a loose cannon like him shifts tickets.
