Boxing License

Hello, i'm a fellow boxer i'm looking to immigrate in another contry to start my boxing career because that's my dream my contry is poor and our boxing organization is even more, i can't get a boxing license in certain countries like the USA, is there any contry that support upcoming boxers and provide them with license to turn pro?

why would you not be able to get a boxing license in the USA? there are many immigrants here that have been able to get license and fight here?
