Such a hero is Atlas, fighting a 16 year old who has just started, biting his ear, and holding a gun to a 15 year old Tyson

Love a Chris Eubank interview. The bit that interests me most is that he "downed raw eggs at 4am before running in South Bronx". I've never tried downing raw eggs at all, let alone before running. Surely they'd sit a bit uneasily during a long run? Have any boxreccers tried this before heading out for a few miles on the roads and, if so, what was the outcome?

Don't down raw eggs, ever. Eggs are contaminated by salmonella; years ago they were not so it was safe to ingest them raw, a la Rocky. I did it at the time and it was not a pleasant taste at all.

Done it many times. Was very hard to keep it down without heaving, or even get it down. The yolks.
