The white 'latinos' in USA/Mexico are of full Spanish descent.
Obviously.. for example theres many Black Cubans, and Whites make up the vast majority of Argentina and Uraguay. Theres plenty of Whites in Mexico. Obviously.. Hispanic/Latino is not a race.
Go to Spain and tell them they are not white and they would laugh at you
