Which I pretty much explained way back at page 1. I just didn't need to write a book about it. I made my point relatively quickly, and simply.

Deontay Wilder has been considered a top-ten world-rated fighter for half the amount of time that GGG has, but he’s somehow managed to compete in twelve legitimate world heavyweight title fights, seven of his bouts were against top-ten world-rated opposition and five of his fights were against former/current world champions.

Ortiz, Stiverne, Breazeale and Fury were all top-ten world-rated heavyweights at the time of their bouts against Wilder(including the rematches), which equates to seven fights.

Liakhovich, Stiverne (twice) & Fury (twice) were the current/former world-champions that Wilder faced during the course of five bouts,

So ten of GGG’s bouts were against top-ten world-rated opposition, with tally at seven for Wilder, which isn’t shabby considering the American has been on the world-scene for half the amount of time that Golovkin has.

i wouldn't rate those 7 fights as against top 10s.

Stiverne I : ill pay it top 10 because he was world champ, But honestly, beating Chris Arreola twice Doesn't make you top 10 in my book, And thats all he ever did.
Stiverne II : Noone not even stiverne considered him top 10 at that point.
Ortiz I: Bit old and unproven, but undeniably consensus top 10, probably top 5.
Fury I: Had been on a bender, got to 400lbs Substance addiction, years off and 2 terrible tune ups, But tyson fury. Weather or not he was considered top 10 at that point is a tough question, but i think he was still a top 10 tallent.
Breazel: was Not in my top 10 at the time, And id argue not in most peoples top 10 at the time.
Ortiz II: Older, still relatively unproven at top levle, Been knocked out, but still top 10.
Fury II: Clearly top 10 but Battered wilder.

Im sure people have the same opinions about GGGs opponents. But I think your overstating wilder Resume.

There’s nothing unreasonable about your words, but you need to realise I’ve only ever claimed to present the ratings published by The RING (as per the time of those bouts):

• Bermane Stiverne I (3rd)
• Bermane Stiverne II (7th)
• Luis Ortiz I (5th)
• Tyson Fury I (10th)
• Dominic Breazeale (7th)
• Luis Ortiz II (6th)
• Tyson Fury II (1st)

Even if you’ve personally never believed in these ratings, what I wrote is still true, since I’ve only ever claimed to detail the perceptions of The RING.

Anyway, it seems you only really disagree with The RING for two of the ratings for seven of Wilder’s bouts against top-ten world-rated opposition.

In a nutshell GGG has fought and beaten everyone who was prepared to face him (give or take Vegas judging) whereas Wilder and his fans on the other hand have suffered a huge reality check.

Wilder was beginning to convince his many doubters, but now that shocking loss to Fury has done colossal harm to Deontay Wilder's standing, as did the Ruiz defeat to Joshua.

Thankfully (due mainly to his coach saving him and his career) he still has an opportunity to put things right - and it's opportunity he just has to take.

There is just so much riding on it now. Getting knocked out by Fury twice, who himself will be knocked out by AJ, is not worth thinking about. In fact Deontay Wilder could do worse than to reach out Anthony Joshua right now seeing how he seems to have got himself a bit lost surrounded by parasites, sycophants and yes-men.

As most boxers know, even the most bitterest of rivalries are best left behind inside the ring.

Ridiculous to compare these two careers by what we have seen so far. No amount of massaging numbers and stats can change that.

Gotta admit, that rematch win over the blob he'd already dominated who hadn't fought since getting put on his arse 2 years before and never won another fight is a pretty good scalp for Wilder. That definitely tips things towards Wilder's side in this comparison

Their careers really aren't too much different. GGG has an edge and was more respectable vs his elite opponent and greater depth in decent opponents beaten, but there are far more similarities than people like to admit.

I understand it’s their resume under scrutiny, but let’s just knock this on it’s head.
