Moorer was a good boxer, but with his chin he wouldn't survive against the monstrous power of Foster at this weight.

Don't know about that. Moorer was knocked out by heavyweights George Foreman, Evander Holyfield, and David Tua only. Foreman and Tua were big heavyweights and Holyfied was Holyfield. Moorer did beat Holyfield once and was undefeated at light heavyweight.

Holyfield was injured in the first Moorer bout. In the second one he battered Moorer. Also, Moorer went life and death against Stewart and Cooper. His chin was a problem for him. While he didn't face that good opposition at the LHW, like he did at the HW. Moorer was good, but Foster had a quite some amount of punching power.

Moorer's chin was suspect against big heavyweights, but so was Foster's. At light heavyweight, everything is different. Don't really know who would win between Foster and Moorer at light heavyweight. I would take Moorer at heavyweight, but anything is possible.

Moorer was obviously better than Foster at the HW. But at the LHW he wasn't fully tested.
