I think Oleg would give him a fight but Tillis was better and would probably eventually stop him. Oleg had some fine china and Tillis would score.

I agree. But Maskaev chin wasn't special, while he liked to engage. He would try to fight Tillis, when Tillis established the edge, that's when Tillis would catch him.

I think Tillis could probably take him in a close decision, Maskaev's the bigger hitter, but Tillis is the tougher of the two. A KO is a reasonable possibility either way, but I think Tillis most likely wins a hard fought decision.
