I'm not sold that Chuvalo would beat "The Atomic Bull" Oliver McCall, who was the former WBC Heavyweight Champion despite Chuvalo had an iron and punching power. It would be a good slugfest and no knockdowns in the battle of iron chins, but McCall would prevail by out-jabbing Chuvalo and nailing him with heavy punches, including his right hand to take a decision. The only way Chuvalo would beat McCall if McCall was having an off night.

Yes. The big question: Which Oliver McCall shows up? There were at least 3 that I can remember. We know which George Chuvalo will enter the ring. I really don't know what to do with this match up. I'll give McCall the benefit of the doubt and say he comes ready to fight. I'll call it a Controversial 12 round draw. That way everybody goes home upset. That seems fitting to me.
