Anderson still taking unneccesary shots. I was hoping to see some improvement in that area.

He just has no respect for this level of opposition it seems, he's not even trying to defend really

He was better the second round. Slowed down a bit and set up his shots nicely.

Good little scrap so far with Anderson and Langston. Langston was firing back in the 1st, but he already looks gassed now, and Anderson was a lot smarter in that 2nd round lightening up his shots, and just focusing on making contact.

Well he wasn't gawd jab's tonight but still did a good enough job, thought he was a bit sloppy at times but nice punch variety and can fight inside

Langston looking just dead on his feet, exhausted, and taking a beating as the fights gets called to a halt by Jay Nady in the 3rd.

TKO 3 for Jared Anderson

Most impressive thing was the adjustment from the 1st to the 2nd in how he's attacking, and how much more accurate and effective he was after that 1st round.

It helped him that Langston kinda punched himself out early, and was gassed after the 1st.

Sometimes i think fights like that are detrimental . He had no respect and fought sloppy.

Better fight tonight for sure. Too little to go on from these fights. Especially for Guido.

He was definitely matched tougher than Guido was tonight though.

Hope he stays busy and takes 2/3 years to develop. At just 20, there's time. He doesn't have the crazy power of DD so maybe a bit slower development. Could be a great fight in four or five years.

Ya can see what you mean, defo didn't seem to pay any attnetion to anything other than beating the guy up. He'd previously shown a sharp jab to set up tight combos, but was just leading with power all night and loading up.

Still like him though

Honestly theres been a lot of hype on Anderson, but i feel that stopage was just from langston being in terrible shape. He was soooo gassed i though he wasnt going to walk back in after that minor head clash. Anderson Rushed his work at the end, rather than picking shots. Langston looked like he was punching underwater once it went past the 1st round and could hardly stand from tiredness for the last 30 seconds and .. gotta be able to land that big shot in that situation.

Still 20 years old, 6'4 23+ boxing from young. he will be good, but a long way to go.

Those body shots were partly to blame. Langston didn't look out of shape, but they said he only sparred like 7 rounds.

Probably a lot of nervous energy too spent in that 1st round.

oh, he looks in shape. thats part of the problem i think, If you Have mucells like he dose you realy need a heart and lungs that can dish a lot of oxygen. Sparing 7 rounds.... Dosent look like he has been smashing his road work in the same way he has been smashing the weights. You can be jacked with cardio (Joe joyce)... but it takes a crazy work ethic.

But no doubt the body shots had an effect. But im not convinced that version of langston would last 6 rounds against a heavy bag.
