It's not even a question to me. In fact I feel mildly ridiculous even making the poll because it's like asking if Fire is Hot, and Water is Wet.
come of it mate there has been some good heavey weights fights in last year compaired to than i remember in 90s boxing was going stale in the 90s thats why super mid took its crown
The poll will speak for me.
You need to educate yourself on Boxing before your time. I know this is shocking to you, but Boxing and Boxers were great prior to 2015.
well you know the 90s so i would say roughtly my age mid 30s ,
or slighty older
You'd be correct.
That being said, I often seem like a guy who's older because I have an extensive knowledge of history before my time. Particularly 20th century history. Even more particularly 20th century Boxing and Music history.

like i said my dad thought the same on the fury fight as you , and he has been watching boxing 70 years

Holyfield is my favorite fighter from the era.
Holyfield vs Riddick Bowe 1 is the best Heavyweight fight of the decade, and hasn't been topped since 1992.
Lennox Lewis vs Vitali was pretty damn exciting in 2003, but it wasn't Holyfield vs Bowe 1 exciting.

Holyfield v Bowe 2 was great too, the first time Holy really bulked up
was going to say riddick bowe he also looked the part, evander looked like an 90s action movie star i know people write him off simalar to david haye . saying that the bowe v Golota fights were fun like rocky films in the 90s
Perceptions of eras seemed to be affected by matchmaking. I think there are a number of eras that would be viewed better if more of the top fighters had actually fought each other.

was that before or after his broken jaw ?or am thinking someone else
I don't recall a broken jaw in those fights, at least not one that was talked about. Though I certainly wouldn't be shocked to know that a jaw was broken in those fights.
The 2nd Bowe vs Golota fight is the most exciting fight that ends in a DQ I've ever seen.

Yeah in the riot that kicked off after the 1st fight one of Bowe's people started bashing on Golota with a walkie talkie.
That same dude pounded the sh*t out of Fan Man in the 2nd Bowe-Holyfield fight with the same thing.
Bowe basically surrounded himself with pieces of sh*t that escalated situations.
