Moorer was levels above Shavers as a boxer. If he was able to keep Shavers away from his weak chin, he would outbox Shavers.

Moorer KO, better boxer by far and enough power to KO Shavers too

If Moorer trains with the strategy to jab, move, hold and avoid for the first 6 rounds. He can knock out Shavers in the latter half of the bout.

Obviously if Shavers catches him flush with the right early on it's probably over, but I'd have bet on Moorer to make it through the danger, and get the W.

Moored trying to stick and move against shavers would be suicide. I'd take Mike 6 out of 10 because of his jab and being a more two handed guy. Their chins were about equal. One things for sure, no judges needed.
