dont agree this will be a big win for benn, i think jenkins win over garton was a fine one though it was close , never rated benn

Would be for Jenkins British title mate so a 12 rounder...
think that would suit the welsh boy even more.

Jenkins has the experience aye mate but Benn is tough and fit himself. I thought Jenkins looked spent late on in the Garton fight. Had to dig deep.

close fight i like garton so was supporting johny, but jon has been in with cocran who fought for world title ,nurse ,phil sultcliff jrwho was a promising irish fighter coming up Liam Taylor decent names there. this is a good fight if it happens and if benns wins means he is improving lots . i going slighty for jenkins i mean i think a 50/50 as i asume benn is faviourt

Certainly no fight yet.

It may be it happens on the PPV undercard.

I can’t be alone in thinking Jenkins would be favourite? He’s a clear level up on Benn’s opponents thus far.

Will go to purse bids. Jenkins, Lockett and his manger were all very happy with the offer but Warren would not let him take the fight so both fighters are off the card.

Surprised how underrated Jenkins is. A quick inspection of his record shows he's amassed his record fighting away most of the time.

I personally think Jenkins is above euro level and not quite world. Whereas I don't think Benn is that far.

For a guy above Euro level he's had a hard enough time just scraping by in fights at Brit level

He's defo a solid fighter though, would defo be Conster's best opponent

Shame this fight looks like it won't happen.

Jenkins deserves a big(ish) domestic fight and Benn needs to face someone decent.

Jenkins should win handily, Benn has shown he has heart and a bit of pop but I see nothing to suggest he can hang at more that area level at the moment.

Really hope Jenkins gets this payday but can’t see Fwank letting it happen.

Chris has a young family and he’s had some horrific cuts around his eyes in pretty much everyone of his last few fights.

It’s a shambles they haven’t let him take a payday and ride off into the sunset.

Eddie said yesterday on IFL that Jenkins/Lockett etc were happy with the deal but Queensberry wouldn't allow it. Shame as it would be a watchable contest.

He would have definitely earned more from it.

He said in his boxing news article that he only had 3 weeks notice for this and had to work as a window cleaner/car washer to make money during Covid.

Poor bloke must be gutted.
