It’s a Finnish/Sweden mash-up - a nod to the Swedish-speaking minority of Finland.
Like an Irish Brit having green In the Union Jack, or a black-pride movement having Black stars or stripes in Old Glory.

He has a VERY good chance at getting that money or at least a settlement. Thats his game here. Wba cant drop him of they do it gives validity to his suit claims of damages
Yeah, by the sounds of it, Oquendo may have solid legal grounds to recoup those Escrow funds, plus extra to cover damages, legal fees etc.

On the 9th April, he defeated Global Sports Management’s motion to dismiss, via a Federal case, and they only had 45 days to answer Oquendo’s complaint. And that deadline has expired.

So who knows what the next steps will be? Perhaps they're just going to give him the money they owe him, because Oquendo was apparently "guaranteed" to receive the $325K purse on the 29th September 2018. And prolonging the case further will only increase Global Sports Management's payout (due to accumulating legal fees).

Oquendo feels that the WBA have violated his rights and that he’s entitled to compensation, due to his career suffering irreparable damage.

And perhaps the WBA continues to rank him, despite his astonishing inactivity, to minimise any future legal liability they may have?

What the #%$&* is up with these bogus subtitles in the WBA!?? S, W, G, and I? In each of the boxing belt organizations, they should only have one champion and a top 10 challengers. We don't need to add any more frivolous titles to the mix. We already have 4 champions in 4 different organizations, we do not need any more. Especially when these champions rarely fight each other.

Anyways..... Can anyone tell me what S, W, G and I all represent under the WBA organization?

Joyce probably didn't even realise he was the WBA Gold Champion in the first place.

He must have great photo evidence of something seriously nefarious on someone at the WBA.

He'll be top ten when he's dead.
