Traynor doesn't look up to much either.
His sister Meghan would have more chance.

I'll get my coat.

That body shot that put Traynor down in the 6th took all the fight out of him, I called Frampton to win via bodyshot but TBH he never targeted the body until that round, he was content to keep things on outside, despite being smaller Frampton's class allowed him to outbox Traynor at range, he had the timing to out jab him and counter him with with left hooks, wasn't OTT, kept it simple and although Traynor seemed to settle into things a bit, Frampton was in cruise control, as soon as he notched it up a gear in the 6th, working inside looking to work thr body, he landed a cracking left to crease Traynor, nearly never made count but bell gave him time, the left to the solur plexus to quit Traynor in the 7th was top drawer, took all the fight out of Traynor, decent nights work for Frampton who never got out of second gear

Im watching the espn coverage. They arent happy with the quitting. Poor show but thats business.

Ward and tim bradley are a bit embarrassed. Jamel herring will win on points

Herring is one of the most mediocre champs out there, this isnt Frampton's best time or weight but still well could win

McCann won with a decent body shot round 2.

They just showed it on BT ?
Lovely short backhand that didn't look like much, but clearly hit Fidoe in the Solar Power unit.
Went down a few secs later and didn't get up.

Frampton being on the way down isnt really too at odds with being able to beat Herring, dude simply aint that good. I expect a close one

Spat out his gum shield as soon as the count began. Looked nasty to me.

Frampton will need to be better than tonight, but he will be Shirley ?

He got 7 rounds in, finished it when he wanted. Not like he was terrible tonight. And anyway, like The Iron Lady says Herring ain't all that.
I'm struggling to pick a favourite.

Herring isn’t great but a lot bigger than Frampton. A much better fight before Herring would of been Ronnie Clark much bigger and strong Super Feather. Would of been able to judge a lot better. Going on that performance I favour Herring. I believe Clark would be too big for Frampton also could not trade shots like he did with Traynor with Clark
