Heavyweights : Ken Norton vs. Wladimir Klitschko
Heavyweights : Ken Norton vs. Wladimir Klitschko
Prime vs prime.Who wins?
Re: Heavyweights : Ken Norton vs. Wladimir Klitschko
Norton by late KO. It would start like Holmes-Norton, Klitschko would be outboxing Norton from the distance. But Norton would be reserved and composed to avoid the biggest shots. Later Norton would sharpen it. If he wouldn't get caught himself, he would KO Klitschko in some of exchanges. And I lean more to Norton doing it.

I think Wlad manages to knock out Norton within 8 rounds or so. If he were particularly aggressive he could possibly get it done earlier, but the reserved Wlad may stop him late. It's not out of the question Norton knocks him out too, but I'd favor Wlad.

Reserved wlad stops Norton? The chambers guy? The crippled rahman wlad? I don't see that. I see this going the distance. Norton more often than not.

I hold Norton in a high regard because he gave the GOAT in Ali problems in all 3 fights, fought toe to toe with Larry Holmes and fought in one the best eras in heavyweight history. However, Wlad under the guidance of the late Manny Steward would box Norton on the outside behind his jabs and long right hands without engaging him too much on the inside. Either Wlad decision him or stops Norton in the later rounds.

Norton by stoppage in the mid-rounds. He was on a higher level.

Norton had a great jab and dangerous overhand right. I could see him beating Wlad 7 out of 10 times. Folks seem to forget that Kenny had a lot of weapons and was a terrific boxer.
