Haye would outbox Bruno. Smarter, faster. A KO would be possible too. Bruno could KO Haye as well, this would be his most real scenario of winning the fight.

Focused,motivated Haye would stop Bruno in 7-9

Not motivated Haye would get KO in 3-5.

Bruno by stoppage in or around 6/7 rounds.

Bigger, far more powerful guy, stonking-ramrod jab and he would not have been over-awed by Haye...he'd go after Haye and not be fazed like he was with Tyson.

I don't think Haye wears well against a heavy-hitter like Bruno who had a range of clubbing punches and was not always about the show-reel shots that blew away guys like Coetzee. Bruno was also busier than the likes of Ruiz or Valuev.
