Has it now shut? I saw that Martin has opened up a new gym near Epping?
I love the canning town gym, I know it was due to be flats at some point but I was under the impression it was moving a few doors down staying local to where it was??

Not sure TBH. Obviously closed unexpectedly in March due to CV19 but like you say the plan was always that the current site would be redeveloped.
I had assumed they were going to maintain a presence in Canning Town at another site when the current one was getting redeveloped, but it now seems the pros are all training in the new Epping gym, which does look like a great gym.
CV19 and a crowded large public boxing gym is extremely high risk, so it must have influenced the decision to scale things down ( even if it’s temporary)

I've been living abroad for a couple of years but I'm coming back next month and was looking forward to training there again.
Epping isn't convenient at all but is that gym only for pros anyway?
