As said too, I got Tank vs a can at like 3/5 before too, it was obvious those odds were f@cked up and shoulda been like 1/100, but hey, easy money

There is a lot of stuff out there for betters to take advantage of bookies who havent done their homework. The idea that they are some all knowing infalliable boxing gawd is lol
Yeah its so nice we can all say this hindsight. I just gave a current example of them being right can you give a current fight where the bookies is off.

What does it matter? If they are off they are off. and I called those both at the time anyway

Another example was Frank Sanzchez Faure being almost even money vs obviously hugely mismatched Willie Jake. Buglioni a big fave over Meng, etc

Sure, bookies are often on point, but anyone whose folloed betting for even a bit knows it's total bs to treat them like some infalliable all knowing boxing lord. Besides, bookies aren't one entity, different books offer different things and have different people. it's obvious that some of them don't always do their homework

You keep giving me examples in hindsight. Can you give me one from a fight that hasn;t happened or you just blown smoke with info after the fact. We all can say a lot shiite after the fact with known information.

As I said, me and others called these when they happened , so it's no more hindsight than you bumping this thread after the result came in. You are treating the result like it proved your case, hence bumping it when you did

Some odds are just whack no matter when they came out or no matter if someone posted about it. If , for example, someone though Frank Faure vs Wille Jake was pretty much an even fight they obviously didn't know sh!t about boxing. A Cuban a-side amateur stud vs a total nobody

As I said, bookies aren't 1 unified entity anyway, different people offering different things. Some obviously know less than others and are easier to exploit. Worshiping them all as all knowing is obviously dumb

You refuse to answer my question. Then you wanna challenge my boxing knowledge you clown. Debate facts not being butthurt. I pointed out fact the bookies was right ON THIS FIGHT. You go on about other stupid stuff. Debate me in boxing any day and lets see who dont know shiite about boxing.

I'm not butthurt at all. What is there for me to be butthurt about here anyway? I never said Jah wouldn't get a stoppage or anything like that. I am high on the dude and a result like this was very much a possibility for him.

I'm not doubting that you are a very knowledable boxing person in general too, I know you are. Simply that when it comes to your view about bookies being infalliable, I think you are wrong.

What is this question that I'm not answering? I have already provided you with several examples, which were called before the result and don't involve any more hindsite than you coming here to bump the post after jah's win?

It's Saturday night bruh, take it easy and enjoy some f@cking fights :TU:

TIL has a point - if you think "easy decision" and see odds of 6/1 then you really should have a bet.

Then I would have lost. Just because the odds look good doesn't mean it's a winner. My point bookies are not right all the time but don't give out 6/1 every day either. In the end the bookie were right THIS TIME.

Anderson couldn't have asked more from Rodney Hernandez. Great learning fight and frankly he learned during the fight, exhibiting good ring IQ in how he changed up, particularly after throwing too much at Hernandez in round three, missing a lot of punches and pressing too hard, Jared went back to setting up his punches and took Hernandez out in the fourth.

Early on Hernandez pressed Anderson as expected and Jared showed good movement; good inside game; and while I had previously posted that I didn't like the switching to southpaw, it was in fact a big part of the kid's ability to stop such a tough journeyman.

Worth a watch.

It was a productive outing for Anderson and I especially liked his work from the southpaw stance! Like you said it was a good learning experience for Jared. I also liked his answer when Bernardo asked him after the fight how he liked fighting with no fans present. He said it was great because without crowd noise he was able to hear the ESPN commentators talking about his performance & he learned from that.

Good win. He's still a baby experience-wise. Also like the southpaw switch.

Anderson looked decent, but still Hernandez is a journeyman and quite shabby already.
