The fight would be action-packed. Holyfield would outbrawl Norton. Possibly Holyfield would stop Norton at some point.

I think Holyfield would be able to take a UD or possibly stop Norton. It'd be a good scrap, and Norton would have his moments, but Holyfield was better.
