That's actually ridiculous. Genuinely obscene.

What a clown BJS is. I'm looking forward to the day his reflexes go and he gets ironed out. Probably the most unlikable top flight fighter I can recall of from the UK.

Saunders, 31 from Hatfield, was initially trained by Mark’s father Jimmy Tibbs from the start of his career in 2009 right up to winning the WBO World middleweight title against Andy Lee (35-3-1, 24KOs) in December 2015. Mark was always present as his father's assistant.

Seems to be very good at lying back , pushing his hair back , trying to look cool and nonchalant , while speaking the obvious , training wise never been impressed , with what he's done ,

Sugar whatever his name is , just looked at it and said what was blatantly obvious ,, stop pissing about , get out there and belt him , Your bigger stronger , better boxer and you can hurt him , so get out there and do it ,finish it early and take the risk away
,, Meanwhile Ben was still giving interviews on tactics that were not needed , and could get you knocked out

I do feel with Davison he tries to overcomplicate and over analyse things. It might be a confidence thing. I mean he really was thrust into the top level with Tyson (ok he did corner BJS in Newcastle or somehwhere).

What will be telling is how Taylor looks this weekend. I rate Shame McGuigan, but did feel there were areas in which Josh could improve. It will be interesting to see his performance.

Vs opponents like the Thai Josh should be able to do whatever he wants, the big question is do any improvements actually stick vs opponents worth a damn

i'd like to watch that back as when i watched it live, davison just looked like someone off the street saying any old nonsense in the corner just to fill the time. it was embarrassing.

next thing, he's being lauded as a brilliant coach even after he was publicly rumbled by freddie roach

Correct ,,, I said from the start and i'll say it again , You do not wake up from bed one day and say , Mmmm i'm a real good boxer I think i'll headline a show tonight ,,, You go to a gym and LEARN to box ,,,and its the same for trainers , regardless off how good a boxer they were , a good trainer LEARNS to be a good trainer , and you start this off by being an assistant to someone good ,, Theres plenty who started a boxing gym and developed without anyone else , but they still gathered years of experience before they were good . This guy was/is too young to be in charge of someone like Tyson , because he simply does'nt have the experience .

Neither Sugar or Roach , could really teach Tyson anything , he's been boxing since he was 10 , he's learnt of many many a good trainer and he knows his boxing , the only thing Tyson needed to learn was that he's a big strong man and he can walk through anyone if he chooses ,, and I think Roach probably put this in his head and Sugar , finalized it ,, Because they are experinced trainers with thousands of rnds in the corner , Basicly in a nutshell keeping it sweet and simple , where Davidson , was saing to Tyson , we will do this and drawing on a white board making it all scientific ,and box this way , then do a pivot and box that way follow it with an underarm twist , and such nonsence ,, Roach and Sugar , just basicly said look Tyson your bigger stronger and can box , he's only got a right hand , so work your way in cover from the right hand , push him back and take his right hand away ,, then belt the pisser out of the dosser ... And Tyson done it

Problem for Ben is he does'nt have the experience to know its not all rocket science , its has basic has put that fist on that chin ,, Roach and Sugar , could both read Wilder and knew excatly how to beat him

Funny thing was all the people attacking Roach for saying what he did, even though the rematch showed he was bang on right about it

I criticised Roach.

In fairness Tyson boxed really well, and it was Davisons game plan and for me won clearly.

Even though Tyson won more clearly the second time with the tactics Roach was talking about, I still felt Freddie was essentially looking for a payday.

The criticism was laughable, the dude is a pro trainer/cornerman who has made a career out of breaking down fighters and coming up with tactics, of course he's going to talk about that type of stuff when asked, and all of us were mentioning tactics and training as well---were we after jobs too? it was all a bit silly that his comments got people up tight . his comments were perfectly logical and fair no matter what his motivation for saying them was, and like i said he gets asked about this type of stuff , he doesnt sit down and right a blog post on his own initative

He was bang on too, Fury left no doubts and didn't lose a round when he did what Roach was saying. fiddling around from the outside wasnt nearly decisive enough to win a decision in the usa and it put him right at the end of the long right (and gave Wildeer more time to set it up)

Were dudes worried that Ben's feeling would be a bit hurt or something ?

Saunders and Fury need decent pad men and motivators. They know how to box and won't be fighting anybody who knows how to box better than they do.
